Our founding attorney, Roberta Kohn, has been practicing law for over 30 years. She earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing and advertising from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. She went on to earn her law degree in 1988 from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State University in Cleveland, Ohio. Ms. Kohn put herself through school working full-time for sole practitioners and real estate title and escrow agencies.
She began her legal career serving for six years as an assistant attorney general for the Territory of the Virgin Islands. In 1996 she came to the Tampa Bay area and has been practicing law here ever since. Over the years, she has handled a variety of cases involving corporate law, real estate and bankruptcy. Her broad experience in both the public and private sectors has helped prepare her well to handle any aspect of even the most complex family law matters.
